This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases made through YesChef websites and applications. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning set out in the Terms of Service.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your YesChef experience. If you're not satisfied, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • Applies to first-time purchases only.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime under the "Manage Subscription" section in your YesChef account.

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for renewal payments unless required by law or approved at our sole discretion.

How to Cancel and Request a Refund

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

  1. Go to your Profile → Account → Cancel Membership

  2. Follow instructions and reach out to support if needed at [email protected]

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above to avoid future charges.

Renewal Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund for renewal charges if both:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the renewal transaction; and

  • You contact us immediately upon discovering the unexpected charge.

All renewal refund decisions are made at YesChef’s sole discretion.

Regional Legal Rights

  • EU/EEA: You have the right to withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days of signing up without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] at least 24 hours before the withdrawal period ends.

    Sample withdrawal form:

  • California & Connecticut: Residents may cancel within 3 business days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Gift Purchases

  • You may cancel and receive a refund for a gift only if it has not been redeemed, and your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase.

  • Once a gift is redeemed, it becomes non-refundable.

Promotions & Free Memberships

  • For Buy-One-Get-One (2-for-1) deals: if your recipient has not yet activated their membership, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • If you receive a refund, any associated promotional memberships will automatically be deactivated.

  • Promotional and complimentary memberships (e.g. influencer giveaways, partner bonuses) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Platform-Specific Subscriptions

If you purchase YesChef through a third-party app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store):

  • All cancellations and refunds must be processed through that platform, not through YesChef directly.

  • Refund policies of those platforms will apply.
