How to Access Your Profile and Manage Your Subscription

At YesChef, we’re committed to delivering the best home cooking learning experience, backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If YesChef isn’t for you, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription purchase.

Accessing Your Profile

To review or manage your subscription, renewal, or refund request, follow these steps:

  1. Click here for quick access to your profile: Go to Profile

  2. Or manually sign in at app.yeschef.me using the email you registered with.

  3. Once signed in, navigate to your Profile page.

  4. Click the Help button to submit or follow up on your renewal refund request.

Requesting a Refund

  • Standard Subscription: If you’d like a refund within the first 30 days, please email us at [email protected].

  • Gift Purchases: If your gift hasn’t been sent and it’s within 30 days of purchase, email us for a cancellation and refund. Once the gift has been redeemed, we’re unable to issue a refund.
