We currently have full classes from Francis Mallmann, Nancy Silverton, Edward Lee, and Erez Komarovsky — each featuring around 12 lessons and a 45-minute documentary (over 4.5 hours per class).
Jamie Oliver’s full class runs for 6.5 hours, Kwame Onwuachi’s spans 6 hours of powerful storytelling and instruction, and Asma Khan’s class offers 5.5 hours of rich, soulful cooking.
In addition, Dario Cecchini’s Part 1 documentary is available, with Part 2 and more lessons coming soon.
