Trouble Logging In

Are you having a problem signing in to the YesChef app? Try these options below.

Use Magic Link

Magic Link - when logging in to app.yeschef.me enter your email and press the "Magic Link" button. You will automatically receive an email with a link that will sign you into the platform without a password.

Reset your password

Gmail sign-in

If you signed up with a Gmail address, you can just hit the "SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE" button.


Troubleshooting

If the options above aren't working, check the following:

  • Are you using the correct email? Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used to purchase your subscription - or the email used to redeem your gift.

  • Has your subscription expired? If your membership has ended, you may no longer be able to access the platform.

  • Check your spam/junk folder. If you requested a Magic Link or password reset and didn't receive it, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Try a different browser or device. Sometimes clearing your cache or switching browsers can resolve login issues.
