Francis Mallmann's class has now started streaming in the YesChef platform this December, and we are super excited :)

The class will be added to our growing library of content and will include more than 40 exclusive, never-before-shared dishes and techniques, including signature methods of cooking and grilling potatoes, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, desserts, and more. You will also learn Argentine classics like Sunday Asado barbecue, empanadas, and dulce de leche crepes.

As all YesChef classes, Francis Mallmann's class will also feature a +50-minute, cinematic documentary about chef Francis Mallmann, set in his secret island at the edge of the world in Patagonia.
